After ordering your jewel, please send the ashes or hair of your Loved One to us or to one of our dealers. We can also provide our Memorial Box, everything you need to send us a small number of your Beloved’s ashes or hair in order we complete the ash filling for you. As soon as we receive the ashes from your Beloved, we will contact you to confirm the details of your order and start making your jewel. Your beautiful piece of jewellery undergoes several quality checks before it is finally sent to you.

Our My Soul with a space to keep the ashes of your Beloved. Our My Soul can only be closed by using our special designed homemade tool. Once closed it can never be re-opened without damaging the Soul. Therefor the filling and the closing of our My Soul can only be done by us or by one of our dealers.
