Our memorial jewellery allows you to keep a token amount of a Loved One’s cremation ashes close to you. We handcraft cremation jewellery with small amounts of Loved One’s ashes or hair. Adding interior remembrance to your keepsake doesn’t need to be stressful. Please note, if you aren’t comfortable filling your cremation jewellery, you can send the ashes to us or one of our dealers. We can also provide our BE WITH ME Memorial Box, everything you need to send us a small number of your Beloved’s ashes or hair in order we complete the ash filling for you.

Ashes / Cremains:
Half to one teaspoon of ashes for each jewel.
Enclose in a zip lock bag and seal releasing all the air.
Use a second zip lock bag to ensure the ashes are secure.
Please place the 2 zip-locked bags into our bag for protection.
We return any unused ashes along with your completed jewel order.
If you sent a large number of ashes, extra shipping charges may apply.

Hair / Fur:
Only a few clippings are needed for each jewel.
Place the clippings in a small envelope or zip lock bag and seal.

My Soul, a cremation jewellery collection where our My Soul needs to be filled with precious ash content. After ordering your jewel, please send the ashes or hair of your Loved One to us or to one of our dealers. My Room where the ash chamber needs to be filled with precious ash content. My Room can be closed using a tinny screwdriver. Remove the screw, place a small pinch of the ashes of your Loved One inside and replace the screw. If you aren’t comfortable filling your cremation jewellery, you can send ashes to us or to one of our dealers.

My Star where the separate ash chamber needs to be filled with precious ash content. My Star can be closed by the use of a tinny screwdriver. When jewellery is made from a print you will want to capture a nice clear print. Our inkless print identification system is the preferred method to obtain consistently, high quality, scan-able identification prints without the ink. Our inkless print identification system produces a permanent image almost immediately. Simply wipe the freshly cleaned finger, hand, foot, or paw with the enclosed cloth and press it to the glossy identification form. The form has a special receptive coating on it that allows the development of a print.

Please make sure the slightly glossy surface of the special paper is facing upwards since nothing will happen if the paper is the wrong way up, quickly turn the paper over, re-apply the cloth and try again. To avoid mistakes, we have placed a personalized sticker on the side of the gloss paper to be used.
Do not open the cloth until you are ready to use it. Once opened it can be used a few times but quickly becomes less effective. The inkless cloth is not wet cloth. It will feel quite dry to touch. If you are using the cloth on a small child, it is best to do so when they are in a calm mood, distracted or asleep.
Ensure that the body part being printed is clean and dry. Gently wipe the foot, finger, hand or paw with the cloth. Do not wipe excessively as this may cause the cloth solution to become embedded between the tiny ridges in the skin, causing their obstruction.
Gently touch the foot, finger, hand or paw to the paper form. Remove at once. Because the entire form is sensitive to the cloth solution, only touch the area where you wish to place the print. Excessive pressure will cause a dark print, which may mean the print is unusable.
For handprints: roll hand from the base of palm to fingers onto the special paper whilst holding the fingers uncurled. Hold for 5 – 10 seconds then move the hand straight up and away from the paper. The image will appear and darken over a few minutes.
For footprints: hold the ankle and press gently but firmly onto the special paper rolling it from heel to toes. It is important that the print area of the ball of the foot develops properly. This is the most critical area of the foot for identification. Hold for 5 – 10 seconds then move the foot straight up and away from the paper. The image will appear and darken over a few minutes.
Wash foot, finger, hand or paw after use.
